Before the cycles of a midnight dream takes over my sleep, I think upon the night. How the clusters of stars twinkle in the night sky like a constellation of diamonds. The clouds race through the dark atmosphere, fighting the wind that pushes them across the sky. The tree in front of my window casts shadows of several reaching, skeletal hands in my room. I shut my eyes in disbelief, and the heaviness rushes through out my body. That comfy spot in the middle of my old matress grows even more soft, luring my trance to fall asleep. I relax my muscles and fade away into a deep sleep.
